If it expires before the event, you are required to re-provide a fresh certificate by 20 October 2025. This is a mandatory requirement to be part of GBART
- If you are teaming up with a commercial venue, these terms apply to the business owner, and their public liability certificate will be required. A confirmation email will be sent to you and the venue owner. Check with the venue owner that you as an artisan would be covered under their insurance.
- GBART is a not-for-profit arts and cultural event for the Granite Belt Community. It has no political, or other affiliations. Ticket Sales
All ticketed events including workshops, performances etc will be ticketed through Humanitix Ticketing service. Each workshop will be advertised as a GBART event so visitors will be able to clearly see what activities are available for them to purchase.
There will be a $5 fee on each ticket sold that will go to GBART. Please make sure you have accurately estimated your overall costs and fees for running workshops, performances including the GBART fee and Humanitix fee.
Free Demonstrations: Please note that even if you are doing a demonstration at a certain time for free, GBART would prefer you to have these also as a booking on Humanitix. This helps you to manage how many people you can expect but also helps in keeping track of numbers that attended your activities.
As GBART has traditionally also hard copy tickets in town for sale, we will also be doing this again, but only for the open night concert and youth concert. All other activities are to be ticketed through Humanitix.
GBART will endeavour to help you with the ticketing process once you have applied and been accepted into the 2025 program.
